Welcome to the BAHS Alumni Mentorship Program! This initiative is designed to foster connections between experienced alumni and those seeking guidance in their personal and professional journeys. Whether you’re just starting your career, looking to make a change, or seeking advice in a specific field, our mentorship program is here to support you.

For Mentees:

• Find a Mentor: Connect with alumni who have experience in your area of interest or profession. Mentors can provide valuable insights, share their career journeys, and offer advice on navigating challenges.
• Set Goals: Work with your mentor to establish specific goals and objectives for your mentorship relationship, whether they relate to career development, skill-building, or personal growth.

For Mentors:
